The TraumaFix dressing is a substantial, highly absorbent dressing pad, capable of absorbing over ten times its own weight in fluid. This pressure bandage allows direct pressure to be applied quickly and maintained easily, this is secured instantly with a velcro style fastening. The dressing is a significant advance in the treatment of trauma injuries. Tear-open waterproof fabric packaging. This dressing is approved by NATO and applies pressure directly on the wound without the need for a plastic pressure bar that is used in the Israeli bandage.

In the middle of each bandage there is an absorbent eye pad dressing 8cm x 6cm in size
